Employee Programs and Practices Survey

This survey reports the prevalence, features, and costs of a variety of organization policies, practices, and employee programs. This survey is conducted every other year, in conjunction with the Employee Benefits Survey.

  • Organization-sponsored entertainment such as holiday parties, outings, and other events

  • Dress code policies
  • Concierge services
  • Work schedules
  • Payroll cycles
  • Overtime, premium, and on-call pay practices
  • Severance plan policies and practices
  • Matching gift programs
  • Employee award and recognition programs
