  5. Distribute spreadsheets to managers for completion
  6. Import completed salary plans to HR Administrator's Module, button driven
  7. View salary plans, make changes if desired
  8. Print reports, conduct analysis and make recommendations
  9. Approve plans (individually or in batch), print and export if desired
  10. Archive salary plans

* Each employee record must contain a field that will accurately allocate each employee to their appropriate manager for salary planning purposes, such as department code, cost center, job group, node, or supervisor number.
