Do all users need Access installed on their PC?
Yes, each user must have the appropriate version of Microsoft Access installed on their PC.
How many surveys can the system accommodate?
As many as you can install. The maximum table size is 1 gigabyte. The maximum database (.mdb) file size is 1 gigabyte. However, because your database can include linked tables in other files, its total size is limited only by available storage capacity.
If a company did not participate in the TSG surveys, will they get the data with the purchase of the system?
No, you must participate in a TSG survey to receive the results pre-installed.
Is there a lot of source code?
Source code is attached to each button and to several forms. However, for customization you may not need to manipulate source code. To customize forms and reports you can use the Access form/report designer or modify the underlying queries.
What about upgrades?
We provide free directions describing how to convert your existing software to a higher version of Microsoft Access. Maintenance releases, if necessary, are provided free of charge. When we upgrade the software to incorporate new functionality, the upgrade is offered free of charge, for a limited time, to current users.
Do you provide user training for multiple users?
Yes, call us for current pricing. Each additional user from the same organization attending the same class will be at a reduced rate.
