Engineers and Scientists Survey

The Survey Group's Engineers and Scientists Survey is conducted among Full TSG member organizations that employ engineers and scientists who are located in New England and involved in basic or applied research and development. The compensation data for each position is presented for all participants and by degree (BS/advanced) and industry. The survey also provides a section on compensation policies and practices including overtime pay practices, incentive plans and stock option plans.
